窦德盛，字秦汉、林泉，斋号朝雨轩。大篆文化传承者—窦德盛，华夏大篆文化研究院院长。
DouDesheng,thepresidentofHuaXiaGreatSealScriptResearchInstitute,wasbornin1949.Hisstylename,alsoknownascourtesyname,isQinHanorLinQuan.In1982DougraduatedfromXi’anAcademyofFineArts.HewastaughtbyChinesefamouspaintersandcalligrapherssuchasZhangXisheng,HeHaixia,LiuWenxi,ChenZhongzhi,MaYun,ZhanHanandMaLandingetc.InDecember2003,Dou’sexclusivepersonalGreatSealScriptWorksShowwassuccessfullyheldinBeijingRongBaoZhai(ChineseOldTrademark).HisshowworkswereofficiallycollectedbyRongBaoZhai,TheNationalMuseumofChina,TheFirstArchivesofChina,CollectionsofthePalaceMuseum,GreatHallofthePeople,ZhongNanHaiandMausoleumofMaoZedongetc.In2006,Doucreateda4meterslongcoupletandasamesizeworkofOlympic35sportssymbols.BothofthesetwoworkscollectedbyB.O.C.O.G(TheBeijingOrganizingCommitteeofOlympicGames).In2007,DouwasaskedbyB.O.C.O.Gtocreate20piecesTangdynastypoetryworksingreatsealscriptstyletogivetopresidentsofothercountriesandVIPsasnationalpresents.AnothergiftwhichwasspeciallycreatedforI.O.C(IntentionalOlympicCommittee)isanobjectof2008BeijingOlympicGamescommemoration.
In21stJan2008,theInternationalEditionofPeople’sDailyusedwholepagetointroduceDouDeshengastheinheritingpersonofGreatSealScriptculturetotheworld.Atthesameyear,DouhadhispersonalGreatSealScriptShowinC.P.P.C.C(theChinesePeople’sPoliticalConsultativeConference)HallinBeijing.Mostofhisshowworkswerecollectedbylotsofwell-knownorganizationsinBeijing.InOctober2008,B.O.C.O.G(TheBeijingOrganizingCommitteeofOlympicGames)awardedGoldAward,SpecialContributionAwardandgrantedOfficialCollectionCertificatetoDouDesheng.InSeptember2009,DouwasinvitedbyJapan–ChinaFriendshipAssociation,theCalligraphers’AssociationofJapanandJapanInternationalCalligraphers’AssociationtovisitJapanforacademicexchange.InOctober2010,DouwasalsoinvitedbyU.NtoattendtheU.N65anniversaryestablishmentactivitiesinGeneva.Inthemeantime,DouvisitedthegeneralheadquarterofI.O.CinLausanne,Switzerlandbytheirinvitation.DouhasalsoexperiencedawarmreceptionfromtheMayorofParis.Anothersuperlargesizecouplet,whichhas4meterslength,wascreatedbyDouin2010.ThiswasspeciallymadefortheWorldExpo2010ShanghaiChinaandthisiscollectedbyMr.JiangYichengwhoisalsowellknownas“thefatherofworldexpo”.In21stJanuary2011,Doucontributed20piecesGreatSealScriptworksasnationalpresentsanda4meterslongcouplettoInternationalHorticulturalExposition2011Xi’anChina.
